When you purchase items from Tween to Teen Australia it is very important you ensure your postage details are correct to enable timely delivery of your package. If you have accidentally placed the wrong address of the order please send an email to service@tweentoteen.com.au with the subject heading POSTAGE CORRECTION, and if the item has not been dispatched the amendment will be actioned. In the event an incorrect address has been provided Tween to Teen Australia is not responsible for the replacement of the item and if the item is returned to us new postage fees will apply should you request the item to be resent.
Tween to Teen Australia does not request a signature for any items its posts. However, Australia Post will not leave a parcel in an area they deem it unsafe/exposed and this decision is at the discretion of the postal worker. Tween to Teen can write ‘Authority to Leave’ on the parcel, however, there is no guarantee this will be adhered to by the Australia Post postal worker.
Tween to Teen Australia accepts Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and GooglePay. If you find that none of these payment methods suitable and would like direct bank transfer please email service@tweentoteen.com.au with the subject heading of PAYMENT OPTIONS, and we can provide the necessary details. Items will not be dispatched until payment has been received into our accounts.
Tween to Teen is an online-only store and does not support pick up of items directly from our warehouse.

Please note the exact colours of items are affected by the settings and quality of individual computer monitors and therefore we cannot guarantee your monitor is displaying the colour accurately.
